earth and beyond club

This term Earth and Beyond have been connecting with Regents international School in Bangkok, Thailand.

​

 

We have been regularly corresponding by email with questions about life in Scotland and life in Thailand. We have learnt what school dinners they have, their hobbies, traditional Thailand holidays, the climate, famous landmarks. 

​

 

We have built and painted a model of Thailand. We have put together a gift box filled with our favourite Scottish treats and sent that to Thailand. 

​

The picture shows the pupils at Regents trying Irun Bru. The review was "Some loved it.... two of them hated it!".

 

We have created a short film showing Dunfermline High School, what the classrooms and facilities look like. 

​

 

What's to come: Regents are going to send us their favourite Thai dish and we are going to make it. We will do the same for them! Then we will learn some basic Thai phrases!
